Shapphire is built on a foundation of an exceptional fuel marketplace. Four years and a thousand satisfied customers, they asked me to help enhance their user experience and optimize their funnels to better serve businesses and individuals seeking convenient and reliable fuel solutions in Ghana.
Challenge - transitioning from an MVP stage to a profitable, scalable business. The lack of consistency in design, undefined processes, and limited focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) hindered their growth potential.
